People still posting about and DMing me for Connor Tinnion's number as he's apparently still ripping people off on match tickets. This after admin brushed it off when a few of us discussed it in on this thread in February...just a tad disappointing I have to say.

Don't know if he's still actively selling/reaching out to people on here or doing it elsewhere and it's still just being discussed here...but either way be nice if people could take the responsibilities of their platform seriously instead of just giving it the "nowt to do with me guv" routine.

Also honestly don't know how someone hasn't cracked this boy's jaw yet, how is he constantly getting away with this! No doubt some will still say he's just an honest weirdo rather than trying to rip people off! Head in the sand!

No, it wasn't brushed off.

As I explained, that member had been here since 2013 and had loads of positive reports. You yourself reported you had a ticket of him first time around without issue. I messaged over 10 different people from his public message history and they all reported they got tickets from him fine in the past. We suddenly had a flurry of bad reports from @EvertonCJ @Andy Gray Diving Headers @BNJ1878 @Berkshire blue who all reported/all had a prompt response/all had me chase down/report the issue like so;

With the flurry of reports, he (and a pseudonym he tried to use) was banned and he has been since last year after some pretty exhaustive efforts on my part to ensure everyone who reported him to me got their money back.

What more do you want us to do?

We highlight best practice prominently at the top of every page in the ticket thread. We act on reports - chasing them down independently. We ban members who don't resolve those reports. We also prevent members able to use private messaging facility under 5+ posts approved to sense check.

You already know this though and I give you the benefit of the doubt last time but here you are again, with some pretty wide of the mark, snidey comments. Your comments could encourage any potential scammers giving them a false pretence they can scam without check.

We've had 3 issues since this thread started in December 2012.

He still owes me my refund for Forest away as I didnt get the 2 x Tickets that I was promised

Sorry to hear that mate, one day it'll catch up with him. If anything like that happens again in future please message a moderator and we'll do our best to help. I can't message him anymore as he's banned/any threat of ban/public report/report to club etc has already been actioned.

Though @connor.tinnion has been banned on here since last year mate and Forest away was only last month? I assume then you had his details from a long time back or something? Or messaged him elsewhere? Him being banned means he can't reply/message you on here even if he wanted to.

Always pay by Paypal folks so if there is any issues there is more chance of it being resolved
