Sadly it's just part of football: when technically inferior teams play defensively and try their best to nick something against the run of play. It's nothing new, despite the pundits pondering if Chelsea have inspired it.

The really sad part is that unlike say, Denmark earlier, Portugal have some ridiculous talent themselves. It's criminal how they can have the best European player out there and still fail to utilise him.

I caught the highlights mate had a liquid lunch and didnt know the score, phews all round. Looking good in this group now with the Dutch tripping up. The winners of their group - which is prob them play the second place team from Russias group, so either Poland, Cxech Rep or Greece. Looking good for a semi at the least - sound bet.

Im out again today - have money on Spain not getting out of their group!
