I think Martinez has made two mistakes this seasons that have led to multitudes of mistakes and problems..

his guilt complex when not picking his favorite players e.g Naismith, Barry and Howard

and his arrogance/naivety towards coping with Europe e.g erratic substitutions and playing Barry three times in one week..

Martinez has got so much wrong this season with his loyalty to underpreforming players, playing the same 4 2 3 1 even though not using 2 wingers, idiotic timing of substitutes, not having a designated penalty taker and all the bloody stupid positive talking after all the awful and embarassing defeats :-(

He has a huge summer to get in the right players and get rid of the deadwood but I don't trust him at moment to do anything right for Everton :-(
Ok we're not at the top table of football but why should we as fans accept mediocrity?

In all our day to day jobs, if we preformed like Martinez, we'd be lucky to still have a job :-( If we were the greatest last year, it won't save us this year unless our bosses are stupid ;-) Fans are split on him because we can all see the errors his making and his handling of different players have been dreadful so he better get off his fantasy throne and do hard work during the summer getting defence ready, players working hard and none of the pr bull that he spouts and play the game that suits Lukaku, Barkley etc

The preview was late today. When we were winning, the preview was posted in good time. I'd say the players and Martinez picked up on the late preview and thought today didn't matter, so it's Chico's fault
