He had the chance to progress that transformation over the summer but went the other way and re-signed all the existing players, including those way past their best.What's the point in sacking a manager before he's had chance to build the team/squad that he wants, which in our case requires several transfer windows? I can understand the frustration/disappointment with this season so far (beleive me, I'd had a few proper fumes) but replacing the manager could well bring short term improvement, but then the new manager would also require the time to build the squad he wants.
