Our support is amazing. And it can does help, but the buck stops with Roberto and he's on Ice that's slowly melting.

Eye agreed.

Got to say, I'm gonna be somewhat disappointed when he's not sacked today. Think there's only the current bottom 4/5 who's manager would have not been sacked for this season's performance!

I always said I was happy to see where we were up to Christmas next season with Martinez in charge, he's making it massively difficult not to change that view but I'm hoping our next 2 home games sees us pick up points and relieve the pressure a bit. Assuming he is still here at the end of the season, which I think he will be, he needs to re-assess his approach to pre-season as it was a shocker this time round.

I can appreciate the opinion of those that say he should go, but at the moment I'm still willing to give him time, despite my match thread fume. I fully expect us to stay up and I'm just hoping he learns lessons from this season and that carries over into next season with a new approach and a plan b. I know that seems unlikely based on his decisions this season but I live in hope.

Those asking to get rid of the manager now are mental. It's akin to suicide at this stage of the season.

Sticking with him could be described the same tbh mate.

Last night was the first time where the players looked genuinely lost and the manager looked like he knew his time may be up.

Another defeat, players looking defeated, fans looking depressed, More Martinez excuses.

But DaveK thinks everything will be okay as more points are dropped. One winger at a time, three defensive midfielders, poor goalkeeper, poor captain, Poor manager = poor performances and results.

At least Leicester and such have the fight in them to keep going. After the stoke game, Lukaku, Jagielka and Garbutt all stood there just shaking their heads. Im not worried that we got beat away to stoke because it is a tough place to go, but when the players start to accept defeat that is when changes are needed.

The semi-professional handful of Martinez out trolls on here are thrashing about like mad when others are making a case for Martinez. That's because they know this is the one point they can get their way before the window on that slams shut.

Hence all the abuse and bile being heaped on those displaying loyalty.

Absolutely shameful behaviour.

I bet you a Mars bar that Martinez won't re-assess his approach. We all know his stubbornness. He will get new player like Clerverley to play "his system" next season. BK won't sack him because the pay off must be huge.

The only change needed is a change in form and a bit of luck.

Stand loyally behind your manager. He needs us now. That helps the team.

We are on our way down with this manager there is no fight.
At least a new man would have new ideas and tactics.
We have the players but we need a strong leader to wake them up
