Get the banner up asap but I doubt he is capable of turning things around even if we throw rotten tomatoes at his face.

I hope he retire from Football completely at the end of the season.

I agree - by all means call for his head in the summer that's your right but now? what would be 2 weeks before a semi is madness. If we have any chance of winning our first trophy in decades we can't go into a civil war - playing into the opposition hands before a ball is even kicked. Imagine players scared stiff at Wembley waiting for us to turn. Regardless of the manager that is not the way to support your football club.

Not even the club, it's not going to help the players.

The manager is having a shocker, but we should still try and be a unified fanbase until at least the semi final, get behind the players etc. I'm not for stymieing people's opinions, it's just about timing. A banner right now would be poor timing.
