Success yes, but does it need the change though? We're in a European place and in the quarters of the cup?

What managerial change will improve that?

I think he comes across very well in this interview, and I'd like him to stay. That's for another argument though.
Change in terms of financial strictness mate, that's the thing that is holding us back these days.

If Moyes had more funds then we'd be challenging for the league every year tbh.

Why mention anything about your contract in a press conference then ?
I wasnt anti-Moyes, but Im getting there..
Maybe he's trying to get the team to play better or it's just him playing mind games. Who knows? All I know is that Moyes is not stupid.

Fair enough mate, he craves football though, you can't blame him for that!

Where does the hunger stop ?

I loved him on the pitch before the games doing the warm ups... back in the day...

Maybe once your a millionaire, that stops ?? - Not that Im saying I would begrudge him any salary, I would do the same..

The passion, becomes a job.. the job becomes a routine..

Are you saying he's getting overpaid by us mate?

"sometimes football now is a bit sterile with too many passes going nowhere."

Sniff that Rodgers you bad kopite meff.

Brilliant interview btw. Hope it makes some of his detractors see things a bit differently. The man has done wonders for our club.

There is a thread of many pages for this, I have my opinion on what he has achieved.
He needs to win more than the Net Spend Cup for me personally though.
Agreed mate, if he wants to live up to his expectations then he will need success with us.
