Whilst central defenders are being looked at... i was wondering what everyone thought of the Sheffield Wednesday youngster. Unproven in the Premier League, but he is young and i "think" we and the red [Poor language removed] have been linked to him before.

Have not seen alot of him myself, but has looked the part on occassions. I reckon he would come cheap and be guided well under Moyes. Just a thought so no blasting is called for. Opinions?

good shout, but i don't think he will come cheap. wednesday will cite naughton and want at least 5 million.

I remember us being linked with him last summer, might be worth a look, especially if they're still sniffing around Anichebe...

But in the event of Lescott leaving, we need to be aiming higher for an immediate replacement.

Would be a good signing I think.

I think we really missed the boat with Naughton though, know a spurs fan who says he played well against Barca and Celtic when he came on.
