Thing is it’s hard to argue with that comment. Add to it that Marco can’t seem to motivate the players and give them the confidence... plus it doesn’t help that for weeks now players can’t do basic things like trap a ball or even pull into space for a pass.
All those players are capable (pretty much) but something’s gone totally tits up

For there 2nd and3rd goals millwall had players on our six yard box and there wasn't an Everton player within 2/3yards of them that is schoolboy defending at its worst but the most worring thing of all is that it's not the first time this season silva cannot keep making the same mistake again and again.That defending was spineless and clueless am going to bed the gang of shithouses

Definitely Tim. I said a little earlier he needs to focus on our inability to defend crosses, including being open to ending zonal marking.
But again, he needs time.

He may well need time for general overall improvement of course.

But he deserves no patience regarding the defending. It's January now. It has failed miserably. We are actually worse now than the start of the season remarkably. He bins it and defends normally or he's finished here.

Zonal allows mismatches. Tall players can go into the zone where our small full backs are defending. Millwall did this. Basic basic stuff but it killed us.

They scored 3 goals. 1 was a refereeing mistake, I wouldn't call it a howler, it's not uncommon for refs to miss goals like that.

The tests were 2 free kicks we couldn't not handle and personal duels on the pitch.

He failed at Hull because they went down, not there long did ok but the players had fight and he had Niasse who did help him out on that loan spell.
Watford started off ok, when things went wrong had no idea how to fix things, we are very good at getting them managers, Martinez Koeman had that trait but I think Silva is even worse at it.

Yes because Moyes’ men actually fought for him. It’s clear that Marco and this crop of players aren’t fighters.

100% right Moyes fixed things after bad results went back to the basics and we built again, but with Silva I see it going the Martinez and Koeman way thing will just get worse, please moshiri do t let it get that bad again. Get rid now please
