He's already in the top 3 managers we've ever had imo, and it's only 14 games in!! We know he's waiting patiently for the Usmanov reveal and then we'll probably see Man City-level spending from MS. He seems like the type of manager who likes a challenge anyway so I can't see him going to Madrid, Barcelona, Juventus etc anyway because he knows he's building (potentially!) the next big superpower here.

He wont waste too much time here with us if he gets us top 5 and is offered a new job at a club with more cash.

Possibly. But that is for the future. IF he does leave, he will do so having left us in a fantastic position. It's the only way he'll be attracted away from us and it'll be for a top tier massive club.

But let's enjoy him whilst he is here and the rebuilding job we are going about with great efficiency under his charge.

Good times ahead. Been a while since we've been, as a collective group of supporters, so positive for our future.

I could see Silva leaving this summer if he had us top 5/6 and got a better offer.

It's in him to switch like that. Anyone thinking well get 3 seasons out of him is deluded.

Not a chance. Why would he want to leave given Usmanov is coming in? There would literally never be a better time to be an Everton manager.

If you call getting Hull relegated and getting sacked at Watford excelling, well you have very, very low standards my friend, very low.

Doesnt take away from the very decent job hes doing here, of course, but, im just sayin.

If you mentioned his record prior to joining this league it was very good.

Friend,

If you call leaving Watford in their highest ever finishing position in the top league when being sacked poor then you have unrealistic ambitions. Likewise if you call turning an 11% win ratio in the months preceding his appointment at Hull into a 34% ratio and almost completing a miracle with possibly the worst side in EPL history, bar derby country, then again I'd say you are unrealistic in your expectations. That is a unreal turn around and achieved exactly what Silva wanted in that it awakened the EPL sides to his ability.

Davek do you sit at home thinking to yourself today I going to just sit here and come out with a load of [Poor language removed]? Just enjoy it while is here if he leaves then he leaves but at least enjoy the time that he is here because he has actually massively improved the football and everything else. Every time I see your name on this forum it’s nothing but crap that I read from you. It’s getting boring now your like a woman scorned

You only have to read what every player who has worked with him says and it tells you all you need to know. He hasn’t been at a club where he can spend money like he probably can now. So I reckon once he has had another 2 windows to get what he wants we will see a team that is unreal him and brands are the right team to take us forward with recruitment I’m sure of it

If you take a side down, you failed.

I like the fella and think he will do good things here.

Im just not having people thinking his Hull and Watford tenure was a success.
