I think this Silva guy will get it all sorted. I like him and we are all clever enough to know he has a big job on his hands. He has identified many of our problem areas and acted. Unfortunately the majority of these players need to get over injuries and get up to fitness. Results have been up and down yet it is hard not to see a difference in our play. Still a bit bitty at the moment but certainly better than previous servings of negativity. The man needs his players to suit his style but this will be slowly slowly. Question is do the fans have the patience of seeing the team be built and will Moshiri have the patience.

Zouma, Digne, Richarlison and Bernard already look to have improved the team with other players playing better but still too many bog standard players that will always prevent the cogs turning smoothly. Silva has only been here a couple of months and will no doubt use January to oil those cogs.

Guessing 3-5-2 with Digne/Coleman as proper wing backs.

Looks like it but I don’t see how he’d fit Gana Gomes Siggy Walcott Bernard Ricarlison into the team
He will have to find a solution that gets all our best players on the pitch at once
Walcott and Ricarlison as the front 2 could be interesting , but I still reckon Marco wants to give 4/3/3 a go but to date hasn’t had a proper No 8 to link the play

That's just it though, bringing players in so we have options to mix our game up.

Which is completely fine by me. As said many times, this is a transitional season where we still haven't seen our strongest eleven on the pitch - it's a time for patience.
