All it needs for Silva to say that he was illegally approached by Watford whilst at Hull. Both of us would then receive the same punishment. If points are deducted it would probably mean relegation for Watford and the start of a journey to where they belong. Oblivion.

No. They guy who takes what he likes of your tin pot of a club.
Do you mean
Then why doesn't that wired little prick Pozzo take us to court and have done with it? Fact is they have no real evidence and there is no definable law that has been broken here. The EPL will want nothing to do with this...FFS just get over us - we took an FA cup from you, we took your manager and we took one of your best players, just deal with it, bend over and accept our massive Blue cock.

They took it to the EPL. EPL rules demand that disputes between clubs go to conciliation. Everton offered £1m. Watford not satisfied. This is simply the next stage of the process.
For all your jibes of 'tinpot' (yes, we are, and we know, thanks), the worst that can happen to WFC is they will look a bit stupid. The worst that can happen to EFC is a points deduction, or a transfer embargo.

And for info like, Watford did not tap up Silva. He had a relegation break clause in his contract, and Hulls relegation was confirmed before Watford's approach. Do you not think that Hull, with their nutjob owner, would have spoken out if it were otherwise? The fact that Silva tried to justify his own slipperiness by lying to grass up Watford tells you the sort of bloke you've got for a manager.

No, all it needs is for Hull to say Watford tapped him up. I wonder why they haven't.

Must be utterly humiliating for you to support the most small time club in the country who are embarassing themselves crying in the media because their manager realised they are miles down the English football food chain. Get over yourselves and stop playing the victim card at every opportunity. You sacked the bloke. Your decision. Your loss. Your meltdown.

No shock tho. Yous still haven't got over a cup final 35 years ago so we can expect yous to let this one go in about 2057.

You mean the guy who is a front for Usmanov?
I wouldn't read too much into Usmanov's ducking out to the corner shop for some milk. More telling for me is the 'coincidence' of Everton's proposed new stadium just happening to be at a location handy to a super yacht berth. I guess all will be revealed in the passage of time but the speculation in the interim certainly makes for exciting distraction, doesn't it?...it's very Robert Ludlum-esque

Gino, not to appear rude, but, why are you on another team's forum trying to wind the members up?
We have many opposition fans on the forum and they are always treated with respect, but, you just seem to want an argument.

Not really. Just trying to put a bit of fact into the discussion. However, I can see it's a bit like arguing with flat earthers, creationists and brexiters. So I'll bid you all adieu, and thanks for the Richy money. Most teams I would say all the best for the season, but as your only defense to your club's poor behaviour is 'we're bigger than you, suck it up', maybe not.

Your team is an embarrasment to the premier league - sooner you're relegated the better. Back where you belong, at the bottom of the pond with all the other slimey things.

As long as a football pitch is flat and there is a bit of creativity in the final third, that gets my vote every time.

Thanks for coming.

Nite. :p
