I'm not criticising - genuinely asking if anyone knows what his day to day role is, especially during the non-transfer window. I thought he's also in charge of overall tactics, professional developm,ent of players & coaches, fitness, diet, management of finch farm etc...?

I mean player scouting is a full time job that is a daily process.

I know people think he starts looking with a week to go but its a daily job.
