An even better article here: http://www.italianfootballdaily.com/manolo-gabbiadini-solution-striking-problems/

Seems to be an X-factor player/stats-player, which would suit Walsh/Koeman style.
He can have a huge impact from the bench.

Even though Bolasies stats are in the opposite end (no end-product), I kind of see a pattern here.
Buying players that can win you matches on their day. The core of the squad is good and settled, but as the past 2 years has shown, we are not able to pick up points.

Not saying it's the messiah, but when Troy Deeney costs 40 mill, I'd rather take my chance with this guy.

That's the thing.

I think we've gone for players this window who do it week-in-week-out (e.g. Mata) but are finding it very hard to get those done.

As a club we're in a position where we have to gamble slightly and hope Koeman can get the best form out of players who are good on their day, for sustained periods of time.

That in turn sees us improve and allows us to bring in better players.

Joyce now echoing Italian reports from a few days ago that a bid of about 19.1 was turned back.

Pretty sure we'll up the offer and sort this one.

I have read on red cafe that this guy has a fantastic goal to minute ratio. Will be a good signing for everton imo
