Manchester United

Preparations to jump ship?

What kind of manager says this, least publicly to the media?

A big part of hin likely wants to be sacked so he leave with some money and forget the last 6 disastrous months ever happened. He must regret joining every day.

Good manager if he has the players for his system.

Would have been ace for a team with money (us) but hopefully they lose the final and hes not given money to strengthen.

Wait what?

You can have two tickets. You can buy more. However, you make the travel arrangements.

Management must really hate the players' guts to hand that directive down. Solving the problems will hit the agents' desks. They will want to make the club pay.

Wouldn't it be cheaper to just eat the costs, resign Bruno without antagonizing his agent and cut everyone else loose? I don't get it.

Their debt is absolutely mental - over 300m in transfer fees still owed - more debt than clubs who have built entire stadiums… apparently even if they get CL next year they’ll be screwed for PSR

Bet you it does not stop them buying players for exhorbinate fees on sky high wages though and I will lay another bet, when they do they won't be done with PSR deductions like we were, they are untouchable and they know it.

Its because its their rules along with the other sly six.

Wonder how long until plyers really start to question wether united is a good move for thier careers. They already seem to be paying over the top for lower tier players than they once were. The owners decision to cut everything from everyone, is going to lead even mediocre players having better offers.

Totally disagree.

2 different types of manager.

System based or Player focused.

And the first one has a lot more limitations than the first.

System based managers are more likely to be found out, as they know only one way to play, especially if they don't get the players in with the necessary quality in to play their system. Martinez is a great example of this.

Player focused, as you call it, I think adaptable managers is a better way to differentiate them, are more likely to get the best out of average players or having to/using players in unnatural positions.

If Amorim is unable to adapt, even slightly, coming into a new club, while bringing in his style of players, then he has enough limitations not to be classed as a good manager, at the moment.

Don't like the whole psr points deduction thing and how unbalanced it is but would absolutely love it if they get done for it. They are 1 of 2/3 clubs that deserve to get done hard. Won't hold my breath though. A rat of a club
