It's a buyer's market, especially for US owners. With the pound at its weakest for a long time versus the dollar, they know there'll be more interest in the club.

In terms of the deviant, it'll be interesting to see whether he drops his wages (and significantly), otherwise who'll be able to afford him.
We only need to afford him for 6 months, in theory. £500k x 26 weeks = £13.5M

He's caused absolute mayhem in the Man United dressing room, so imagine what would happen here with how our players react to most situations.

I wouldn't touch him with a barge pole, and I suspect many teams won't either unless, as stated, he takes a huge pay cut. However, I don't think that's likely.
