Man Utd V Everton. Sun 3 Aug - 22:00 BST

Bedfordblue

Player Valuation: ¥50m
Here we go again – final game of the Summer Series and still no win in sight. Two games in, two disappointing results, and not a huge amount to shout about on the pitch. Confidence is hardly booming heading into the clash with United, who’ve looked sharper and more settled than we have so far.

Squad-wise, it’s hard to ignore the elephant in the room – we’ve brought in next to no one. While other clubs are strengthening, we’re still waiting for the transfer committee to come alive. The lack of new faces has been glaring, and with the new season not far off, it’s getting a bit worrying for some.

That said, these games are about fitness and systems, and Moyes will be hoping to see more cohesion and fight from the team. A strong showing against United would at least end the tour on a positive note and maybe give us fans something to cling onto before the real stuff kicks off.

Let’s finish with a bit of pride eh and let Moyes give a more positive post match presser.

No point in giving Patto or keggers any more minutes, we’ve seen enough to know they aren’t up to it. Same can be said of McNeil too I think who really should not be more than an option from the bench if we ever get round to recruiting some new blood.

Don’t think playing Gana 3 games in a week is a wise move either.
