I think that United's midfield needs to get more athletic in general. They need a destroyer type who can cover a lot of ground. I don't think Carrick or Fletcher are good enough.

Against Barca Giggs and Carrick certainly didn't have the legs to get up and down the pitch.

Carrick and Fletch are both very good players though but you right in that we need that bit of class alongside them especially now the ginger prince has retired
