Not sure if Charly has the engine to be a midfielder in a 2. His head can go down quite regularly when he loses the ball.

When he's higher up the pitch with a bit of time and space, thats where I think he thrives

He’s better when he has the space to cut in centrally, think he would be crowded out playing there full time. Would have less space to dribble into.

I just really want to see N'Diaye get an opportunity in the middle. I also think Charly has a much better eye for a pass than Garner who at this point I see as a clogger. This can all change depending on who we get in though.
