We need a severe clear out of dead wood. It's time to bite the bullet and come to the understanding that we need to undergo a period of rebuilding. That might mean things actually become even more stretched than they already are, but it's time to admit we are failing miserably to reach our potential because our squad just isn't good enough...

Unfortunately Howard doesn't need a new deal he's still got 3 years on his current one. Only Distin and Alcaraz out of contract at the end of this season.
