It's fascinating though, don't you think? I'm fairly sure that stat iss about right; only a miniscule amount of information is actually indexed in search engines. Unfortunately the privacy of the deepweb makes it a haven for criminals.

I figured the jester was working for the man. that is the CIA or some other government agency in the Us.

I always back the kids in these things. There's more of them and they do it for love and lulz not for the hourly rate.
