i highly doubt the rumours of a loan would be true if we hadn't agreed a deal for him to sign a new contract - we're not that stupid ffs! i'm sure oviedo could be RB backup. suppose he could be more of a winger backup, but i'd rather him be an attacking full back.

simply put, garbutt should probably be looking to leave because some sort of prem club could offer him regular footy. but this is everton, it aint that simple to just leave
