Yeah but that doesn't matter apparently. Only the fact he's 21 is worth mentioning when talking about how bad parts of his game are.

Doesn't matter when he miscontrols it to break down our attacks : thats not his job to control footballs, it's to score goals.

Doesn't matter when he constantly goes offside and breaks down our attacks : it's his job to score goals, not stay onside.

Doesn't matter when he fails to make easy passes to team mates and breaks down or attack, or passes it to opposition players for them to score : it's not his job to pass to people or keep posession, it's his job to score goals.

It was tough for him today though, a lot of players would have struggled to do what he was asked to do so this post is based on all his games, not just tonight.

There were times when it was painfully obvious what pass was going his way and he stayed in an offside position.

So many times he never pressed his nearest man

His movement (Or lackoff) is poor but our shape and terrible slow buildup kill him. Totally negates his talent. He is an outstanding goalscorer yet has spent the season as a false 9 or on the wings with his back to goal completely outnumbered

Anybody who thinks he is crap should give their heads a wobble
