I don't think it is these days. Most full backs are better going forward then defensively these days due to how teams set up.

First duty is what I'm saying that's all.
It's great if you can take your game up the pitch but not at the expense of the basics .

I know he isn’t im just saying I don’t think he’s kicked up as much of a fuss as Benitez claims he has.

He didn’t hand in a request for example. Frank exchanges of views happen all the time. If Benitez chooses to over react that’s on him.
