I don't think he has ever quite shook off the injury he had. He seems to be in and out of the squad a lot lately like he is on the cusp of being recovered but not fully there.

He’s still got 5 assists in 26 league games which is pretty decent for a full back.

hasn’t been as good as last season but that could be because teams know about him now. When a team has a player who’s real threat other teams try to stifle them. Perhaps this has happened a bit.

take your point though. Not been that good recently and wasn’t very good today (though no one really was). Perhaps having different people playing ahead of him isn’t helping.

I’m sure his form will pick up again soon though.

He's seemingly at that all season so if that's the case, it might backfire on him resulting in him not kicking a ball for them in the euros.

Got lots of players like him at the mo.

When he’s good, he’s exceptional and you can see why Barcelona got him in. You can also see why they exited him as, for the most part, he’s completely unreliable.
