Low T/Testosterone replacement

Well I'm definitely going to embark on an exercise program...I work so much that I make excuses, but I think exercising will help. Gonna start with walking and work up from there.

My T number was REALLY low though according to my doctor. I have to think that's a part of it. I'm pretty healthy otherwise, although I need to drop a few pounds. I was doing great last year, but put on about 30 pounds pretty quickly in the last 6 months.

Since I don't play football or tournament softball anymore, I now get my exercise from cycling. Wasn't real keen on trying it because I was such a team sport guy but once my wife got me into it, I was hooked. Great cardiovascular workout but no pounding on the knees that running might do to ya.
