If it weren't for dodgy knees he would have been world class IMO. Fergies reckoned he was the best finisher he'd ever worked with, as did Moyes. Knew a bloke who did some freelance physio for Utd players and he said the Kings knee was the worst he'd ever seen - was surprised he could even walk on it.
His books a good read, too. Bit different from the normal footballer autobiography....definitely not forgotten his roots.
