Looking for a first house

So I am looking for a first house and was wondering if anyone on here lives on the grange estate and can recommend what it is like?

Grange estate where? I live on the Grange estate where houses are from 200k to 500k so a location would be good?

Spot on, the Pit Bull crosses run free, every other house has a crop growing in it and most parents home school their kids

I live on what's known as " The Grange " in Blackpool . Grange Park Estate . It has a posh part . That part being my front room

Get a private surveyor look at the area at different times of the day
If the area or house situation is poor dont bother!

Cheers Joey! I've been round a few times and it's always quiet like. Was going to sort a surveyor through the mortgage company but I'll look into a private one
