Doubt he was Moldovan, Ex Yugoslavia and Hungarian authorities had relaxed attitude to sport. Moldova was pretty isolated and strict, plus Moldova isn't a hot bed of sport. Much more likely Maltese, lots of people in Liverpool have Maltese hertiage. But anyway hopefully he enjoys his day.

Very possible, I'm half Maltese. The broken English would surprise me if he's Maltese, English and Maltese are the two official languages. Either way I hope he had a boss day Ejja Blues
