Amazing experience, incredible crowds and inspirational fellow runners but never again, so much harder than climbing.

Thanks, I got motivated by going to the Olympics last year. To be honest I have always hated running and avoided doing it whenever possible, but watching the Olypmics changed my mind.

I have really sore knees and achilles tendons right now though!

Thanks GSG, no hot baths for at least 24 hours, in fact an ice bath is a good idea. I'm not doing that but did have a cold shower, will probably have a slightly warmer one later. Might take the dog for a walk just to keep lose.
