i've seen on the bbc rumours section that the stadium is going to be pulled.

hicks must be looking at his 700 million project and comapring it to everton who will pay 150 million.

these new owners don't seem so committed after all.

As I understand it the stadium is not actually being pulled but the rather ambitious plans of 80,000 are being scaled back as is the outward design to bring the cost down. A Rs told me that they were now looking to have 60,000.
