We all know about the £133m they have spent on nothingness... recently I scouring my twitter feed to stumble across @Footy_Jokes that actually clarified the recent siginings of PSG to Liverpools previous transfer revolution;

"Liverpool players Jordan Henderson & Andy Carroll (£55m) cost more than Zlatan Ibrahimovic & Thiago Silva (£51m)."

Honestly there is nothing funny about them spending millions every summer.
 

no im a blue mate but last season they ****ed up when they had the chance to develop a squad with that money they wasted it..... now they have to balance the books the amerian owners didnt realise that football is nothing like baseball it takes more than just injecting 100m into a team to get sufficent results.... and yes Liverpool have spent 30m a season but dont forget they were in the CL ans the payouts off that are decent and now there not what money is spent is wasted and the owner was going to develop a new stadium till he realised he spent ost the budget on players that made the team actually worse!!

I know you are a blue, I meant we seem to get a lot of threads about that lot, when we all know they will come up smelling of roses, no matter what they do. Its just the way it is. Ignore em. I honestly could not care less what they spend, who they sign, where they play, who owns them. They will never have what money cannot buy.
 
To be fair Zlatan almighty is 30. £30 million ish for a 30 year old is mega, mega bucks.

Although he's worth every penny. x
 
They're fckd. They have a crap team, have wasted their golden opportunity to buy, are further from CL than we are, have the 2nd or 3rd highest salary commitments, are no longer seen as a place for good players to go to, have Brenda as manager who is bringing in all his mates from Swansea (when they don't turn him down and go to Spurs), and are slowly beginning to realise they are a mid table club. Couldn't have happened to a nicer team.........
