So tomorrow I'll be heading over to your side of "t'hills" to visit a mate currently living in Liverpool. Naturally drinks shall be in order, so does anyone know of any decent places? As in, not ****ty mainstream clubs full of bad weapons who like crap music.

I've heard The Cavern is worth a visit, and I also keep hearing about Matthew Street as as well?

You really should ask Chico, for ace places to go out in Liverpool.

Enjoy it mate, the nightlife in Liverpool is superb. I just love that city.

Went to X in the City a few years ago. Raised quite a few eyebrows on here, a Dutchie asking for a nudie bar.

The Roscoe Head (the perfect pub?)

The Belvedere (a hidden gem)

The Winslow (make sure you wear your LUFC shirt, they'll love you)

Decent ale, relaxed atmosphere, Blue pub, relatively few kopites.
