This is a game I would put Kean and Davies on. The two of them have the fresh youth to have a go at Liverpool, and at least one of them has more talent than anyone on the other side. The build up was fine, we got 7-8 good scoring opportunities. The finishing was poor, was 3 easy missed sitters and 2-3 missed half chances.

Sidibe has been absolutely woeful.

I know it'll be Gylfi who gets the stick (rightly so, too) but Christ, he's been nowhere near as bad as Sidibe.

The bloke has done zero defensively - literally standing still while players ran off him - and nearly every touch has bobbled away from him. In fact, 4 completed passes so far from him. Hopeless.

We're crying out for someone to break the lines and get us up the pitch. Gyfli and Schneiderlin can't do it - they haven't got the legs.

Get Bernard on and get him carrying the ball. Get Gylfi pushing up and if he's still not doing it (he played that brilliant pass for Walcott for our first chance, remember) then get him off.

yeah, another weird VAR discrepancy that. If Pickford doesn’t make the save, VAR gives us a free kick. After the save, If they score from the incorrect corner, we get punished for making the save.
