Everton head to face Bootle FC in the Liverpool Senior Cup semi-final on Wednesday 1st February.

Kick-off at the Delta Taxi's stadium is at 7.45pm, with £4 tickets for adults and £2 for concessions.

The Toffees booked their place in the final four with a 2-1 win over St Helens Town in November. Anton Forrester and Ryan Higgins scored on the day.

The winner of this tie will face either Tranmere Rovers or Southport in the final.

That was against Blackburn the other day. We won 4-2, Vellios scored a hat-trick. Baxter is back from his loan spell at Tranmere.
 

I was at the St Helens Town game earlier in the season. The young lads did okay. Tyias Browning looks a great prospect as a fullback. Anton Forrester is another that always stands out as having a lot of potential. Connor McAleny too. I've seen the Reserves several times in the past few months, away at Oxford and Southport, and at home to Aston Villa at Halton. Stubbs and Sheedy do a good job with the kids. Obviously Barkley and Duffy have broken through of late, but many go on to have a good career in the lower leagues.
 
haha! I love that they play at the Delta Taxis Stadium! I went to see Bootle a few times when they played at some dump near switch Island in the 80s. Is it the same place does anyone know? I've been away too long!
