Littlewoods clocks

I usually like anything with an attachment to the past but really, putting that thing in a new state of the art stadium... Wouldn't that be like making an exquisite souffle and then garnishing it with a slab of lard?

The Arsenal clock is fairly cheap but it's still better than our old one. I would like to see it as a museum piece somewhere.
Architects are paid fairly well to try and blend new buildings in to the surroundings of existing buildings, they shouldn't have too much trouble fitting in a clock. If they get it wrong though it could look a bit tacky.

Of course they are but I secretly hope Dan Meis agrees with me and it's left out. (Sorry peeps just my view) I have no problem with it being placed inside somewhere just not visible to the world.

People correct me if I'm wrong but I think they were only up for 20 years or so, if that is the case is it really worth it? There are other things I would rather have incorporated. (Leitch crosses)

Unless littlewoods want to pay us 10 million a year for the privilege, then carry on lads... :p

I agree, not a chance in hell Moshiri gives Littlewoods free advertising space.

It is as though time has stood still waiting for this to turn up and be restored to the ground old and then new. It is a real symbol for our club.
