Lionel Messi

I seen him get fouled by Albiol before the goal and point at the player to the ref to get him booked.

The goal on 2 minutes + was pretty ordinary, tbh.

Ha, I know. I just remember that game really well, watching it with some friends trying to argue, Messi or Ronaldo

After countless rolls and play acting by Ronaldo (which yes, Barcelona do more of as a team)...it was ace just to see Messi having none of it and playing football like he was a kid still. But yeah, it was no semi final wonder goal =)

Most of his talents involve vision and quick thinking, mate. It's got nothing to do with his body.

He is incredibly strong for someone so small, I'll give you that, but I really don't see how his growth hormones would have aided him in an unfair way. And as for suggesting he might have taken something else, well, there's no evidence at all. That's just plucked out of the air; pure conjecture.

You can't be serious, his ability that cuts him above the rest is his pace, dribbling skills and ability to change direction in an instance far better than anyone else. Leaving defenders wrong footed. His energy goes on and on.

Energy = Stamina. I said his stamina is extraordinary.

As for dribbling skills and changes in direction, you can't be serious if you think that is purely physical. Pace is, yes, so you could bring his pace into question, but changes in direction and dribbling are as much in the mind. The body doesn't run itself.

Rubbish, the speed inwhich he changes direction is all physical nothing to do the the mind. The mind tells you which way it wants to go

The speed in which he changes direction is physical, yes, but he clearly has quicker thought processes than most footballers. He spots gaps quicker than others etc etc.

Quite simply I think you're looking for controversy where there is none. Or at least not a shred of evidence to suggest so. Conjecture. Pure conjecture.

Yes, his mind tells him where to go and what to see better than anyone else. Speed is nothing without anticipation.

End of the day he used a drug which made him bigger than he should have been. Without that enhancement who knows whwere he would have been. It wasn't a serious medical condition, he'd have still been alive now without it. Barcelona gave it him to enhanced his natural born talent. I still think theres more to this bloke than what meets the eye

Barcelona didn't tell him to take it. He was looking to take it and they offered to pay. They didn't do it to "enhance his natural born talent" either. They did it because they clearly saw the potential in him as a footballer, and used the treatment as a way to get him to join their academy.

You're making it sound sinister for no reason. And you're making it sound like he shouldn't have taken the hormones. Now unless you yourself had a growth hormone deficiency as a child, then I don't think it's really your place to judge him.

And to reiterate what should be an obvious point, the growth hormone treatment gave him something he should have had already. Not fecking superpowers. If anything it just levelled the playing field, and gave him a fairer chance.

Levelled the playing field, what a poor comment. He was given a drug that made him bigger than he should have been. Other players suffer from small stature and never had this. Look at Giovinco

By your logic then, no one should ever get treatment for anything.

And ffs, he wasn't just small, he had a medically diagnosed deficiency of a growth hormone.

Honestly, you may believe what you're saying, but I think it's absolute nonsense and even I've got better things to do than argue with you about a conspiracy you've made up out of boredom and/or general lunacy.
