Lineup vs Arsenal

Remember Jags being immense at the Emirates in the league and although the FA Cup game wasn't really John's fault I still feel like the experience of Jags will suit us better. That said, Stones does seem to get a buzz playing infront of the home crowd so..
Ye but im always worried with jags when hes coming back from a knock, he always needs a few games to get into the swing of things

Howard

Coleman Stones Distin Baines
McCarthy Barry
Mirallas Barkley McGeady
Lukaku

If Barkley isn't fit enough I would play Naismith.

I'd go for;

Howard
Coleman Stones Distin Baines
Barry McCarthy
Mirallas Naismith Deulofeu
Lukaku

And I'd do that even if jags and Ross are fit. Ross was poo before he got subbed and Naismith looked possessed, and I'd rather a fully fit Stones than a rusty Jags.

----------- Howard -------------
Coleman Jags Distin Baines
-----McCarthy-----Barry---------
Mirallas-----Naismith----McGeady
------------Lukaku--------------

Del and Barkley as impact subs would destroy them if need be.

I'd also say that we have to make sure Jags is fully fit. I really wouldn't mind Stones playing instead if he has to.

Disagree about Barkley as an "impact sub".

He never seems to get into a game when he comes on from the bench.

If he is fully fit he must start, IMO

Mirallas will probably start because he scored. McGeady probably will because he done quite good with the assist.

Start with this

Howard
Coleman Stones Distin Baines
McCarthy Barry
Deulofeu Barkley Mirallas
Lukaku
Osman, McGeady and Naismith ready for an impact off the bench

Howard
Coleman Distin Stones Baines
McCarthy Barry
Mirrallas Osman McGeady
Lukaku

Barkley, Dela & Naismith from the bench if we need to freshen it
