We cannot point fingers at anyone, we're a TEAM. Yes the board has let us down this season, yes Lescott is a money-grabbing bath-tub but it didnt start there.

Jesus, he reminds me of Ray French, my old PE teacher and ex rugby player and rugby commentator. He's was a great bloke, and instilled discipline by a similar method to the guy above.
