Everton v Chelsea do the huddle for maddy.

Just after the players have run on the pitch to Zcars we all turn around with our backs to the pitch with our arms around the person next to us and start jumping up and down (the pozan) singing .....
Lets all do the huddle, lets all do the huddle la la la la
And then we all turn to the pitch and sing .....
We love you maddy we do, we love you maddy we do ohhh maddy Well find you
please join in to step up the search for maddy xxxx
 

I know a lot of people are thinking this, but I'll just come out and say it.

It's a bad idea. I don't understand how turning your back on something constitutes support...

And also, regardless of the good intentions, I don't see how doing something that City do can be a good thing. It reeks of a bunch of people desperate for an excuse to do the Poznan rather than something for the benefit of this poor kid.

We all want Madeleine back alive and well, it's well documented she's an Evertonian and the club has done it's share for the cause - http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepag...rts-to-show-the-search-for-Maddie-McCann.html - but this does nothing whatsoever to achieve that aim. Donate to the Madeleine fund if you really want to help.

If this forum is so depressing why are you here ?

People are allowed to state their opinions on things without being looked down on. I think it's stupid too. This in no way helps Madeleine.

Opinions, but always negative..

It maybe doesn't help her, but it shows everyone that the fans of the football club are still hoping for her, would be a nice gesture, I don't know how it could be described as a bad thing.

It's bad that all this bloody effort has been spent by people on that facebook page spamming about doing a glorified version of the Poznan instead of something useful, like raising money to fund searching for her.
 
Or we could look for any of the other 1,000,000 kids worldwide that go missing each year, and who don't have media-savvy, middle-class, white, intelligent (although slightly negligent?) parents to deploy our services?

While we're at it, we could look for a 20 goal a season striker that doesn't have glass knees or a penchant for sitting on the grass crying.

Just an idea :)
