Agreed - could have been a thing of Osman-vs-Larissa-like beauty. Sadly, Gana is the last of our players you want on the end of anything resembling a shot at goal - it's the main reason he's in the price bracket he is. Credit to the two scorers - both can be excellent on their day, and in both cases, the finishes were high quality. I'd back either of those two all day long in a 1-vs-1 situation - it's an ability to get the same result when they need to react quickly and on instinct that holds both back. In Lukaku's case, being the more high profile player, it's quite a big missing piece from the skill set - that and his weakness at holding the ball up make me think he won't get his big move to a 'top' club any time soon. Just sign the contract Rom and work hard on your all-round game please!
 
Welp, see ya later, Rom. What a beautiful finish after that hilarious "challenge" in the box. Good match overall aside from the shaky, forgettable first half from both sides. Not a huge Joel fan but he came through for us.

Mirallas finish was a regular Osman....and took a deflection as well. Lukakus was a great goal.
 

just watched the game. yes we got the three points, but you shouldnt think that we in any way are cured. we created very little, and we got a lucky /easy goal and a counter goal when they had to throw everything at us.
