Leicester allocation

My Quarry with supporters clubs is that the runners can easily bend it to benefit themselves. I've been in an unspecified supporters club for the last 4-5 years, but haven't had a ST, but go as often as i can, my mates, and their families are in it too, so they're completely oblivious to eTicketing, so it all gets sorted for themselves, they went to get tickets for the Tranmere game the other week through eTicketing, and discovered that they had exactly 1 Stub for the last 5 years, and that was Newcastle. They went to 15 aways last year, and fair enough, they still get tickets, but if they ever left, they are screwed, whilst the operator, who only went to 5-6 aways last season, is shown on the official website, holding up their shirt from Big Dunc for 'going' to every away game last season. It stinks.

All Supporters Clubs ST holders or not should provide Client Refs for all tickets, obviously whoever SC your with are putting it on someone elses or just not providing them with it.

Unfortunately, whilst this may happen, it is not fair to tar all people running a supporters club with the same brush, which it does sound like you are trying to do. Apologies if this is not what you meant. The example you give is just a characteristic of a knut, who just happens to be taking advantage of other peoples trust.
Ultimately, it is the responsibility of the supporter to ensure that the person applying on their behalf is doing so properly. It is THEIR customer number - THEIR responsibility.

Why should supporters clubs be given tickets when the people they are applying for don't meet the sales criteria, it's a joke. I think the club have put a stop to these allocations because they can see problems when everyone is wanting tickets for the forthcoming European campaign.

This is completely untrue. Supporters clubs ONLY get allocated what they meet the criteria for.
The supporters club chair/secretary ask who wants to go to a specific game, and if that person has enough credits then they apply on their behalf, and Everton FC allocate accordingly. The supporters clubs are not given preferential treatment, and they can only apply at the same time as "normal" supporters when certain criteria are matched.

I honestly can't understand where the animosity in this thread towards supporters clubs is coming from. They are a fantastic idea. I've made some really good mates since joining the north east SC, travel to and from games with them. They are basically an "official" or organised way of going to the games with your mates.

@graeme2911 I wasn't have a pop at them all; just an a certain one which will remain unnamed at the risk of causing more harm.

That's fair enough, mate. As a member of an honest, well ran club and knowing plenty of others around the country, I just felt it needed some balance from yours and @jaybx1878 posts to show that they aren't all unscrupulous so and so's who get preferential treatment.

Hopefully, your friends will be making sure that there is no more of that going on. If it's an official SC that is affiliated with EFC, I would highly recommend this gets reported to them, as it is out of order, and the chair or whoever should be removed asap.

It's not actually a bad shout. The fella is a nice fella and always got them tickets; but it just felt rotten as they moved to a branch which was closer to where they'd moved, that the fella hasn't been crediting them, it's very heavy!

Sold out just now according to Everton Twitter feed. Was hoping it would make it down to 2 tomorrow to get my dad one.

So if all the members of the supporters clubs have season tickets and the correct number of stubs then what is the reason for the club cutting their allocations?

I don't think anyone here really knows mate.

Christine Prior at the club deals with all gubbins related to "Supporters Clubs". Not having a go at you or anyone else that's posted on here, but if anyone's really interested she's probably the person to contact ?

See http://www.evertonfc.com/club/set-up-a-supporters-club

If anyone does get details of how it all works it'd be good if you fed it back to the rest of us. I must admit I'm not clear how it all works.

Not yet received Leicester tickets (from Weds Purchase) anyone else in the same boat? Season ticket also not yet arrived but this might be because i'm paying on the drip.

Check your order history in eticketing I ordered Wednesday also they haven't arrived but it shows my allocated seat/row although that only appeared yesterday, st arrived yesterday and am paying on the drip! ( tkts have arrived an hour after posting this )
