Left Midfield

Micheal Kightley at Wolves.
Barnes at Derby.
Bentley at Blackburn.
Milner at the lunatics!
Nzogbia """""""""""""""".
Aidena McGeady at Celtic.
Koumas at Wigan (What would January be).

I agree that there is a real lack of left sided players in the ranks at Goodison, and either wide or central, Gareth Barry showed the advantage of having a left sided midfielder in the side while on international duty with England.
I agree that we need to be cautious over any purchase for a considerable fee in respect to the returing Steven Pienaar from the African Cup of Nations. But considering Tommy Gravesen looks to be on his way to Turkey I think it would be a good idea to bring in some midfield cover, with players like Pienaar and Osman having experience playing centrally (Pienaar at Ajax).
In terms of suitable candidates; Charles N'Zogbia is a clear favourite of mine, he is a quick and very technically talented left sided midfield player who won man of the match last night in Newcastle's game with Stoke after a superb performance in a 3 man midfield. I can't imagine him being overly expensive and I can't imagine him needing much persuading to move away from Newcastle who are continuously overly ambitious and underperform. With Keegan coming in some players may be on their way out and displaying interest in Charlie now may make the move much easier when KK is deciding how to chop and change Newcastle.
The only other choice I can see from the premiership is Morten Gamst Pederson who looks slightly out of sorts at Blackburn at the moment, but Moysey ability to turn players fortunes around should not put us off him. Just look at Pienaar compared to last season.
Finally when considering purchasing a left sided midfielder the main arguement has been that Pienaar may be replaced or replace the new signing and would mean we were wasting our money. But Pienaar is not on a permanent deal with us, and considering the number of transfer nightmares we have had over the past couple of years (Fernandes, Sissoko) I think it might be wise to tie up another deal as cover for the unexpected.

I don't think Moyes will sign a replacement.

We don't need any extra numbers up front, we have four strikers and Cahill.
On the left I think Moyes will wait for Pienaar to come back and just bridge the gap untill with Baines, Osman, Fernandes and maybe even Johnson. And then on pienaars return use these players as backup.

I'm not saying i agree with this, but it will be difficult to sign a left winger who will probably know that he is comin in as backup.
That being said Moyes may want competition and may consider Pienaar for a central role? But if thats the case we then have Carsley, Neville, Osman, Fernandes, Pienaar and Cahill all trying for the middle?

As long as we don't rush into spending money on someone like hunt, who isn't really a significant or long term improvement, then i'll be happy.

As much as I hate that metro-sexual bitch, Ronaldo is probably the best player in the world right now. It really pains me to say it. Each time he plays he looks fantastic and likely to score a goal or two.

He is in mine too, but that doesn't mean I don't think he is slightly effeminate. He does the business on the pitch, just every time he plays against us I wish someone would break his ankle.

For Gerrard, I would let out a little laugh if somebody damaged his ACL.

Even though Torres plays for the [Poor language removed], I still can't get over the fact he is a top quality player.

HOWEVER, I think it is a fight between him and Ronaldo for the title of 'Prettiest Player in the Premiership'

QUICK, LET'S REALLY TURN UP THE GAY FACTOR ON THIS THREAD.
