That is a good idea like.

But you have a really unhealthy obsession with Twitter. Every post you make is Twitter.
 

If he was part of a charity, send a few quid their way as a token gesture (from the gate). What is 50 pence or a pound on a ticket especially if there is plenty of notice.
 

Good call - he arguably played his best football at Leeds (reference - Leeds fans) and was a lifelong Evertonian. Fitting tribute!
 
Twitter seems to have spawned a requirement for extroverted public shows of grief. He was remembered by each of his clubs at the time, there's no need to bring it up again every time two of them play.

Maybe I'm just being cynical like.
 
Really lovely idea. The Gary Speed chant at Forest last season is hairs-on-the-back-of-your-neck stuff:

This. Listen the thought is nice, but I can't help feeling its a ploy set up by people on twitter to get themselves some retweets and make themselves feel good.

A page in the programme or something subtle, why clapping, is it cringey and it is a modern day 'arnt we boss doing this' type of thing
