Sounds like the voice of experience...!Maybe the fella leaving has had the 4 Chang's for £12 and, after holding out for the match , has a now exploding bladder

I can boo the team from the bar in the oak and can boo the barmaid at the same time as the team when the rat doesn't serve me ASAPAnyone who doesn't stay to boo the team off after a bad defeat is not a true fan
For me...and I go to pretty much every first team game, whether home, away, cup, Europe in competitive games, Europe in friendlies....I leave when I want. My choice.
If that means I've left early, I have.
But in the case of some shameful performances - incl the Derby last year - that team on the pitch have let themselves down and more importantly to me - that lifeblood of the club, the supporters down. I was embarrassed for them on the pitch. You want me to clap them off the pitch? Get [Poor language removed]. My choice.
It's my club, I'm lucky enough to support them every week and I love them to bits. I've seen more last minute goal chases than most and when we are at it, having a go in the spirit of Everton, I'm there...until the end.
When we're not, I don't. My choice. But that decision doesn't make me better or worse than those who choose to watch until the end on tv, internet or with me at the match. All the best
What annoys me is the people who every game at 35 minutes go for a pint.
What's the point?
people moaning about those leaving early... what are your thoughts on those who turn up late?

Yes, yes it is acceptable. When, if ever, is it acceptable?
On a spectrum of "Bad fan you" to "Who cares?" - how acceptable is it?
Do you judge fans who leave early? Or are you one of them thinking "If I leave now, I'll just make the train..."
To get a pint.
