Leaving the game early

Arsed?

If someone wants to leave early who really cares?!

It's pretty annoying when you have to stand up to let people past.

Also it loops terrible when people are streaming when the players are trying to salvage the game on the pitch.

Never left early regardless of the score. It's fine if you literally have to leave to catch a train or something but hoards of people leaving early only makes us look bad.
Can't really argue with that though. It's a display of displeasure. I remember the streams of Newcastle fans leaving at half-time 0-4 down to Arsenal only for them to come back and draw 4-4. But you can't blame them for leaving, expressing their disgust at the performance in the most explicit way possible.

Perhaps the droves leaving shamed the Newcastle manager and players into turning the performance around?

Don't do it often, as I learnt a painful lesson when I left with my lad when United were strolling at 3-1 up at Goodison with 3 minutes left the other year........

Left 10 minutes from the end at Hull last week though.

0-4 is different to 0-1. Plus you could tell the players and the manager where trying to change the tactics and the performance was good.

It was a monday night and school is back in. Getting the little uns home to bed to keep 'her indoors' happy is no master crime. If there were nearby decent train infrastructure or a bus service capable of taking money from needy travellers then some of the others I couldn't forgive, but a wet monday night in early January...
