I can't say I have much faith myself.

Its the two most in form teams in the league meeting at old trafford. hardly a happy hunting ground.

doubt we will get anything. would be happy to see myself proven wrong.

the important thing is we shouldnt let the result (if negative) adversely effect the side.

we've played 13 games unbeaten. 11 wins. Not a team in the world that wouldn't consider that a successful team.

top avatar dane.

off subject but do you reckon gravesen has still got it? Not sure if moyes will try to sign him personally.

I've always been a big fan myself, but you have to question why he wasn't getting games for celtic and hasn't been getting games for Everton.

I don't really know Leon. I mean in my book you just don't suddenly become a bad player, but not being able to get a game at Celtic is not good at all. In a Danish newspaper a couple of weeks ago TG's agent John Sivebaek said that he cannot really point the finger at what has happend to TG. TG is very glad to be back at Goodison and I hope that he will get more games with Osman out. I hope that he just needs match practise in order to get back to the form that got him sold to Real Madrid.

still, his brief cameo's helped us to get in Europe. His corners are ace and as for team morale he seems a very liked member of the squad.

He scored a wonder goal at Goodison a few seasons back, and I was at the game in the lower bullens and he came over, and I can honestly say it was one of my best moments at Everton ever.

I' ve always thought he is pure class.

Looked a little of the pace yesterday, but could just be a lack of competitive practice.

The fans seem to still love him, Tommy, tommy, tommy, tommy, gravesen.

Don't like his agent though.

Yeah his agent is [Poor language removed] personified! When TG left for Real Madrid and in all subsequent interview not once did TG said that he had left Everton for a bigger club. I remember one interview where the journalist kept saying that he was now playing with the big boys and what it was like to play with big-name players like that? TG answered that it was no different than playing for Everton where he had played with big-name players like Gascoigne and Rooney. The journalist did'nt reapeat the question ever again.
Mr. Sivebaek on the other hand kept saying that leaving Everton was a necessary step for TG to make in order to fulfill his potential, as the club was going nowhere.

well said great dane.

He's played with some great players, but in all honesty, and if his agent and money was no factor, he probably play for everton for the rest of his career.

I was pissed off he left, but I can be realistic about real madrid.

Still don't understand why they signed him as a holding midfielder.

I once saw him do something skill wise, that I have to this day, never seen a player do before. honestly it defied physics. Pele would be envious. It was some mad [Poor language removed]. If it ever gets a replay on the BBC video it, because mate, it was some incredible skill.

Absolutely correct GD, I have said many times he left us with grace and dignity declaring his love for EFC and its fans, some however interpret that departure into him 'shitting on the club', he went from £15k a week to £90k a week.....nuff said.

Did anyone notice a little spat between Tommy and Lee at the start of the second half, he started beating Lees body to help him keep warm and I'm sure Cars told him to f o........................he wasn't too pleased at being dragged off either. Sadly I think his opportunities here will be very limited now and he may be better going home to you lot, Copenhagen needs someone mate(y) (y)

Thank God I don't live anywhere near Copenhagen and don't support this "great" Danish Club. But monty you're absolutely right Tommy is just the type of player that FCK look at. Ex-international who can't hack it anymore abroad, and who is on the other side of 30. Just look at FCK's star players Gronkjaer, Sionko, Niclas Jensen and Marcus Allbaeck - a joke really. And to think that they beat almost everything in DK tells you a lot about the standard of the Danish League.

Why worry GD you are a blue mate. I've always looked on Copenhagen as something of an elephants graveyard(y)

is the ghost still playing for them? i call Linderoth the ghost as in countless performances I never remember him doing anything.

He'd never have a bad game, or a good game. He was utterly anonymous. I've been to goodison park and fans have remarked to me about his performance, and I have had to say, "[Poor language removed]. was he playing today?".

seems to play Ok for his national team though.

did he? [Poor language removed] me.

It wouldn't surprise me if he still was a member of the squad. Only no-one had noticed.

Seriously, the board must've had to keep a straight face when we excepted (what was reported) as 3.5 million for him.

I'd personally value him, judged impartially on his performances as being worth a bag of pork scratchings, that had passed their sell by date.

And only then if I was selling him to moneybag [Poor language removed] like newcastle.

Tobias got sold to Fenerbache I seem to recall - before that he was a superstar in DK - really really sad
