Lawro doesn't actually bother me that much tbh. He's just a bit clueless in general about football. He doesn't **** us off with biased pundetary being an ex red. His worst trait for me was being pally with moyes therefore usually championing the over performing tag on us and the fact we (unlike L'pool) should be happy with top 8.

Now that spanner Thompson on sky really does get under my skin with his clearly biased views on us!!
(Mind you I'd expect a future pundit Tim Cahill showing the same biased to us haha!)

Jamie carragher on the other hand has gone very much up in my opinions since he joined sky. Whilst clearly still having affection for Liverpool, you can tell he's a blue at heart!

...it is worth noting that he is one of Moyes' Preston drinking partners. He definitely has Moyes' ear, I remember when we signed Stones, Lawrenson said Moyes had told him there were 4 young lower league defenders who could be top drawer and he eventually went for this lad.

...didn't Carragher say we wouldn't be top half. Might have that wrong. I suppose its all about opinion and perhaps we shouldn't be so sensitive, its better to just prove these 'experts' wrong.
 

Horrible place to go under Pulis, cant see it being anything different under Hughes. Got some right cloggers there. Their home form isnt so shabby though.
 
Tough game after a couple of thrashings as they will be pumped up for it. An early goal for us and they lose confidence though.

They have been friends for a long time.When Moyes was here, he liked us.......now he doesn't
 

Still expect a win to be honest.

Tough place to go but we absolutely dismantled them at home and I just don't see how the home vs away thing makes so much of a difference that we could ruin them at Goodison and not be able to score more than them in sunny ol' Stoke.
 
I absolutely can't stand the amount of bias ex-kopites there are in punditry jobs. Lawro though is somebody I don't even get angry at, he's just plain senile. When he's on Match of the Day it's like he doesn't even know where he is or what's happening bless him.
