Ive won nearly 100 auctions on there, everything from dvds to pc components, trainers to a bike, hardly had any problems. My brother recently had a problem with a bunch of old comics he won an auction for @ £100. They didnt come, the seller disappeared and ebay refunded him the money.

i use ebay quite often, its worth investigating for rarities.

that said, i made a thread here about some whopper that tried to con me, it was a couple of months back, i grassed then up to ebay and ebay removed that account - sadly, inventing new accounts is very easy.

i have bought old programs, computer components, books, even some clothes from ebay.

note: avoid 'evisu' jeans.

My sister bought a pool table on your 'great' ebay site and those pricks wouldnt do a thing. She lost nearly a grand and Ebay DO NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY for anything. youve have 'hardly' any problems. So youve had problems. Just wait till you get ripped off big tim edont go crying to ebay.

i wouldnt send a penny let alone a pound through the post.

bank transfers are equally dodgy.
