At this point last season we started turning it around.

Can't see that happening this time.

very similar i have to agree ie,injuries and more importantly for me sh1te pre season late signings disrupted and negeative morale we need to settle down and improve ASAP

All about fixtures. :)

Last season, we'd already played the reds etc, and had it fairly steady untill the February.

This season is a little harder.

African nations.
Much stronger teams.
Difficult fixtures ahead.
Bigger injury list.
Downer about Kirkby for club.
Team playing poorly.
World Cup year on players minds across league.
No Lescott
Howard another year older.

On the good side of things, the reds are playing crap too. :D

i heard big nose going on today, they said how many points the r/s are behind chelsea and he said they were once 11 points behind and went on to win the league, the irony being that they gave him the boot from being captain and gave it to sourest to spark the turn around.
well we were 18 points behind ushoited one xmas and finished 27 above them.

neither are gonna happen this season. typical deluded r/s though to come out with what he did, if i hadn't been going out of the door i wouldve given jeff stelling that to throw at him.

tbh, I'm still worried.
Next 2 game against spurs and chelsea. Both teams are way better than the scums. We need at least 25pts by new year.
Can we do it?
